At Halemons, we aim to provide exceptional service, and our return and exchange policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
Size Exchange Request:
  • Exchange request is just a call/message away. Contact our support team via Chat support on website/whatsapp, Instagram DM or Email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • Request for size exchange will be taken within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange a reverse pick up for the product and delivery you the exchange product.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, offered the option of credit points to buy something else.
  • Size exchange is available only once per order.
  • In case the size is exchanged twice shipping costs for the product (to & fro) borne by the customer.
 Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:
  • Not accepted if the customer doesn't like the material or color.
  • Human involvement in product creation may result in variations; subtle differences must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution; not eligible for exchange.
  • No exchange for washed and worn products.
  • No Refund, Return & Exchange during sale or for the Sale Store on website.
 Return Policy:

  • Returns/Exchange accepted only in case of size issue, damaged or defective items.
  • Refund issued as Gift card or credit points usable at halemons.com for 90 days from the issue date.
  • An operational cost of Rs. 75/- will be deducted for to and fro shipment.
  • Deliver us the product to our warehouse and get your full refund.
  • Incase the return was issued due to brand mistake of wrong product/size/damage/extreme late delivery more than 12 days a full refund will be provided to the customer.
  • Return Items must be properly folded in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Cancellation Policy:

  • However, for prepaid order cancellation, requested after the product is shipped a shipping charge of 150 rs will be deducted.
  • For Cancellation done for the prepaid order which is not been shipped full refund will be provided.
