Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping Cost: Free for all orders above INR 2500 in India. A Small free of 60 applicable for orders below INR 2500. Orders processed in 1-3 business days (excluding pre-orders). No shipping on Sundays or holidays.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from the time of shipping. Multiple items may arrive in separate shipments based on availability.
- Tracking Orders: Receive an email with tracking details 24 hours after dispatch. Contact us if your order is delayed.
- Express Shipping: Prepaid express shipping takes up to 3 business days, available for prepaid orders only.
- Order Dispatch Delay: If unable to fulfill the order in 20 days, it will be canceled. Contact us for support.
- Tampered or Damaged Packages: Do not accept a tampered package. Contact customer care with a photo if received in such condition.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Shipping Cost: Rs.1600 per kg approximately for all international orders outside India. Rs.500 will add with every additional 2 kg.
- Delivery Time: 8-10 working days from the time of shipping.
- Order Dispatch Delay: If unable to fulfill the order in 20 days, it will be canceled. Contact us for support.
- Multiple Items: All orders shipped together due to international shipping charges. Delays may occur.
- Tracking Orders: Receive an email and text message with tracking details 24 hours after dispatch. Track 24 hours after dispatch.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- Customs and duties for international shipments borne by the customer. It cannot be estimated before or after placing an order.
- International orders cannot be refused. No reship or refund for refused orders.
SELF-COLLECTION
- Email care@halemons.com for self-collection. Collect within 2 working days; otherwise, it will be mailed.
- Self-collection available 1 day after order is made.
CANCELLATION
- Prepaid orders not eligible for cancellation.
- Customer agrees not to dispute Halemons' decision regarding cancellation.
- If Halemons agree to refund in case of emergency a transaction fee of 150rs will be cut before refunding the order value.
CANCELLATION BY HALEMONS
- Certain orders may be unable to accept or fulfill and must cancel at our sole discretion.
- Right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Refusal situations include quantity limitations, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
COURIER
- Delivery takes 4-6 business days (domestic) and 8-10 days (international). Excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
- Orders mailed within 24 hours upon payment verification, excluding weekends & public holidays.
- Trackable and 100% insured delivery. Sign required; redelivery attempts if absent.
- Detailed message with courier company and tracking number sent after shipping.
MAILING HOURS
- Orders processed and packed from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
