Keeping in mind the on-going situation of COVID-19 in our country, we are only doing no-contact delivery to play our part in flattening the curve so that the healthcare system doesn’t become overwhelmed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping for all orders within India is Free. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days except pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timeline. Processing of order takes 1-2 days and from the time of shipping, it takes about 6-8 working days for domestic orders to reach the destination.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments as per availability. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91-9978888218 or email us at care@halemons.com

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
The customs and duties for international shipments will be borne by customer, it cannot be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
International orders cannot be refused. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused.

CANCELLATION
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Halemons and accept Halemons’ decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATION BY HALEMONS
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

COURIER
MAILING HOURS
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30am to 6.30pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
